LIDS WEBSITE FAQ

We are continuing to work on the site to add products and features to bring you a premium online and in-store shopping experience.

What are Lids Rewards?  How do I earn them, where can I use them and how long are they valid?
  • You can earn points on every purchase you make at a Lids store or online at Lids.com.  Once you earn 1000 points, those convert into a $10 reward.
  • Rewards are valid for 60 days from time issued.
  • Rewards can only be used in-store.  These are valid at Lids, Locker Room by Lids, Fanzz, Just Sports, Hat World, and Lids Boutique.
What is the difference between pending points & earned points?  How does the point system work?
  • When you make a purchase the points you earned are listed as Pending Points.  These become earned points 30 days after purchase.
  • Once you have earned 1000 point, those are converted into a $10 Reward.
  • Once converted, those 1000 points will be subtracted from the earned total.
  • Free members earn 5 points per dollar spent.
  • Premium members earn 10 points per dollar spent.
Why isn’t my 20% off discount working online?  I used to just add things to my cart & it would apply automatically.
  • You’ll get your personal monthly discount code sent to you via email at the start of each month.
  • On the new Lids.com, you will need to apply the Access Pass Discount code in the cart before making your purchase.  You will need to do this each time you checkout.
I didn’t receive my discount code this month?  I have never received it.
  • The first step is to make sure that you check your Junk/Spam folder to see if it went there.
  • If it’s not there, you may have opted out of Lids emails in the past.  You’ll need to sign back up to start receiving emails again. Email our customer care line (customercare@lids.com) or contact us on Social media for help.
Why can’t I log in to the website, what’s going on?
  • When the new website launched, it reset all accounts.  You will need to use the “reset password” feature to get new login credentials.
  •  If that still doesn’t work, you’ll want to create a new account using the same email address you used to sign up for Access Pass.
What is going on with the App?  I can’t log in, I can’t see my points and I can’t shop!
  • We no longer support an app. To check your points, please check the blog.lids.com.
I can’t see my points or purchases made before last March on my account?
  • Your point totals are no longer visible on the website.  You will not find your earned points, pending points or rewards totals on Lids.com
  • You can find your pending points and earned points totals at the top of Lids emails.
Why are there exclusions on certain items?  Why doesn’t my code work on everything?
  • Certain products on Lids.com are not eligible for the Access Pass 20% discount.
  • These items are typically new releases, special event products, items on sale, or limited releases.
  • There are fewer exclusions on these products when shopping in store.
What’s up with the Birthday Gift?  Do I get some kind of reward on my birthday?
  • During the month of your birthday, you can visit any Lids store and provide the code BDAY. Once your birth month is verified, you’ll be able to get a free one-stitch text embroidery.
Can I still shop in-store?
  • Yes, of course! Our Lids stores strive to be your destination for the hottest trends in headwear, including a wide selection of exclusive caps.
  • Your Access Pass Rewards will be redeemable in-store, with over 1,000 locations to serve you.
