Where it All Began:
“I began collecting hats in 1989 when I was 12-years-old. My collecting stemmed from my love for baseball. I would ride my bicycle to the Base Exchange, a department store on the Air Force base I lived on, and would spend my allowance on New Era fitted hats. Now almost 30 years later, my love for hats has grown into a collection nearing 300. The majority of my collection is MLB on-field hats from every team, with a large part of them being my home team, the Texas Rangers.”
“One of my favorite hats is the Texas Rangers ’86-93 Turn Back The Clock’ hat. This hat carries memories of watching Nolan Ryan hurl his 7th no hitter and recording his 5,000 strike-out, and spending summers with my grandad.”
