A Little About You

My name is Nicholas M. (AKA @Thegame3785), and I hail from Buffalo, NY. I’ve always had a love for hats since I was young, but moving a lot made it difficult to ever build the collection that I wanted, and I had to start over many times.

How You Got Started

I began collecting with Buffalo Bills hats, because win, lose, or draw… I’m a hometown fan through and through. Some of my fondest memories growing up were connecting with my father through our mutual love of sports. Now as a father of two, my collection has become something I enjoy and look forward to sharing with, and passing on to my kids. My 4-year-old son, Ethan, got his very first 59fifty recently and I couldn’t be prouder.

Favorite Caps in Your Collection

I’m all about originality and expressing that through my collection, but I’m also a sucker for the classics and the commemorative caps as well. Some of my favorites amongst my expansive collection are definitely retro MLB hats. Lids retro classic was one of my favorite lines of all time. I’ve developed a fondness for customs over the last few years and I really appreciate the artistry that goes into creating highly original and eye-catching caps.
